1. Service Guarantee: We invest in technology and manpower to ensure stable website operation and reduce failure rates; optimize page loading and transaction processes; train a professional customer service team to efficiently address inquiries and handle after-sales; in case of service interruption due to force majeure, timely notification and urgent repair will be carried out.
2. V. Exemption Conditions

VI. Agreement changes and termination
